Global civilization vectors

The new global civilization can be thought of as moving away from certain ideas and toward others, along a series of gradients:

From encouraging dependence to encouraging interdependence.
From a mechanistic model of development toward a living model of development (Greater Livingness).
From an economy based on scarcity toward an economy based on Abundance.
From finite games toward the infinite game ( [[ Infinite Path ]]). Broadly speaking, this is moving from competition toward cooperation.
From assumptions of rivalrousness (some must benefit at the expense of others) to assumptions of anti-rivalrousness (no one need benefit at the expense of others) (All Sides Win).
From centralized control structures to [[ Decentralized Control ]] structures.
From short-term thinking toward long-term thinking.
From a high standard of living toward a high Quality of Life.
