Love the Problem
Keep your mind open and don’t insist on a solution before it’s been shown to work.
context
Problem
-
This phrase comes from the practice of Design Thinking. The idea is simply that we shouldn’t fall in love too much with our brilliant solutions, but instead love the problem so that we can see when a solution is not working and move on.
-
This is very similar in concept to Uncertain Knowing. In that case, we are to love the Truth more than our understanding of it so our minds stay open to new information.
Therefore:
Be careful to keep your mind open and don’t insist on a solution before it’s been shown to work.
